Released in an 8-panel Digipak. Tracks 12-15 are bonus tracks for the Digipak release. Track 15 was mixed in June 1999 and was originally for the use in the video game Demolition Racer. Track 8 is printed "Back The Fuck Up" in the booklet and "Back The F**k Up" on the back of the digipak. Recorded at Ocean Studio, September 30 - November 4, Burbank, CA, 2000. Mixed at Sol 7 Studio, Sherman Oaks, CA, November 11 - December 6 2000. Child's vox recorded at Armoury Studios, Vancouver, B.C.
