Although a Japanese issue, the labels oddly note manufacture in Los Angeles while back cover says "Warner-Pioneer Corporation, Ic A Printed In Japan" Gatefold cover with obi & 4 page insert. An unknown number of 1st pressings included a sticker sheet with 36 stickers of band logos and individual member headshots. A & B runouts are stamped, except 6E112 A- (A side) & 6E112 B (B side) which are etched.
