Mexican company founded in 1948 by Eduardo Baptista after a broken joint venture with Fabrica De Discos Peerless, S.A., create a new company also known as Panamericana de Discos S.A. with a new label named Musart as acronym of MUSic and ARTists and years later the alternative label Trebol , this company change name in 1965 to Discos Musart, S.A..
