Another short-lived label reincarnation from Anthony H. Wilson, after Factory and Factory Too. Set up in 1997 to flee the partnership with London/Polygram due to London delaying the release of 185509, Wilson bought the name Factory Records Limited for £136 from Companies House in London. First and only signing was The Space Monkeys. Dissolved in 2003. Note: The label can occasionally (e.g. on compilations) be credited as "Factory Records" or "Factory". However, for all releases since 1997, that refers to this label only. Please also don't confuse with Factory Records Ltd. or Factory Records Ltd. (2) (used for Joy Division licensing).
