Main pressing plant of International Talking Machine Co. m.b.H., established in 1903 in Weissensee, a former suburb of Berlin.
In 1911, it was acquired by Carl Lindström A.-G., together with the takeover of International Talking Machine Co.
Until the takeover, the center labels featured the location of the plant ("Odeon-Werke Berlin-Weissensee"). Then the location was dropped from the center labels but adverts in newspapers and magazines continued to carry the location (e.g. "Odeon-Werke, Berlin-Weißensee").
It pressed records from Odeon representatives in South America and Europe and pressed on commission from South American record companies such as Casa A Electrica and Disco Era.
The Odeon-Werke also operated plants in Hertford, England (until 1917, forced sale) and in Clichy, France (until 1914, burned down by a mob).
Another pressing facility existed in the Berlin headquarter in Oranienstrasse.
