Cheeky Records

Record label founded by Rollo in late 1991. Also used for copyright credits until the company was legally incorporated in 1996 (Cheeky Records Ltd.) Released two singles and then folded. Established as a brand in 1993 when Rollo relaunched the label with funding and general management from Champion Records. Acquired by BMG on 7 September 2000, who in turn merged with Sony to form Sony BMG in 2004. Cheeky remained independent in the BMG years. Johnny Walker worked in A&R for the label. Label Code: LC 2463
