Concert venue and indoor arena in Inglewood, California, USA (a suburb of L.A.). Completed as a sports arena in 1967, in the style of a Roman forum, the venue was actually called The Forum, but became known as 'The L.A. Forum'. It was officially retitled as the Great Western Forum in 1988.
The venue is sometimes referred to as "Inglewood", for example on the Live at Inglewood 1968 album, where the band are support to Cream's October 18, 1968 farewell tour at The Forum; See The Farewell Tour 1968.
