Belgian label. For some time, the label was affiliated with Les Discophiles Français. Alpha and LDF have a similar logo design and several recordings have appeared on both labels. It seems the affiliation was abandoned around 1970. At the time, Alpha was owned by Leman & Gorlé. The releases usually mention (one of) the following companies: Alpha Brussels, Disques Alpha (or its translations/variations "Platen Alpha", "Alpha Records" or "Alpha Disques",) or Leman & Gorlé.
