Recording & mixing studio opened in 1984 by Rawlston Charles, upstairs of his Charlie’s Records store located in Fulton Street, Brooklyn, New York. The studio featured a Custom Neve 8068, 64 input console. It was housed with EMT reverb, two live echo chambers. 1 Dynamite & 11 Kepex Noise Gates, 11 compressors & limiters and much more state of the art equipment. Built at first to record calypso & soca music from Caribbean artists in New York, it soon after expanded to more music genres like hip-hop, funk... Engineers: artist 8308764, Akili Walker, Cirland Noel, Franklyn Grant, Randy Phipps, Tony Smalios, Tommy Weber, Philip Tuffy Robinson, Claude Achille, Doug Wilson Sometimes listed as "Ralston Recording Studio" by mistake.
