Is a reissue series by the Atlantic record label of 50 titles "to commemorate Atlantic's 50th birthday" —Ahmet Ertegun, co-chairman and founder of Atlantic Records. All issued in 1998, the releases are made in Germany and in Japan, coming in a characteristic red-white-pale yellow Digipak CDs designed by Urs Tschuppert. Each title contains an 8-page booklet insert, and carries original cover design and liner notes.

There are also fully cardboard-bound, gray Digipak CDs with a window revealing the original artwork printed on the booklet.
This series was originally labeled Atlantic Jazz Gallery, but also 50 Years Atlantic Records for albums released in 1998.
