American DVD-audio production company, based in Los Angeles, California. Established 1998, formerly known as Highway One Media Entertainment, which was founded 1992 by Ken Caillat and Leo Rossi. Company was run by Caillat, Rossi, Richard Dashut, John Trickett, and former A&M executives Jeff Dean and Mark Mazzetti.
Three divisions comprised digital production services, with recording/mixing studios and video production; graphics and multimedia design; and three in-house record labels (Immergent, Electromatrix and Silverline).
