Label formed by Ronnie James Dio and his wife/manager Wendy Dio. Since the 2010 death of Ronnie James is fully owned by Wendy. Controls rights to Dio four final studio albums (dating from 1996 to 2004; previous studio albums continue to be controlled by Warner Music in North America and Universal Music elsewhere) as well as related compilations and live albums which, since 2018, are globally licensed to BMG Rights Management (US) LLC on an exclusive basis. The BMG-Niji partnership was announced on September 14, 2018.
