Italian company which is still owned in full by Franco Diaferia. It suspended its productions in 2001 and sold 25% of their publishing share to S.A.I.F.A.M. retaining full masters' recordings ownership, labels and artists brand names. It restarted operations in May 2023, planning of making remixes of its own old productions, re-release of videoclips remastered in 4K and new future recordings and promo-videoclips to be put in all digital stores through digital distribution. Also known as Sintetico Music Group.
