Software Images Ltd.

Software Images Ltd. was a New Zealand replicator and digital technology company. Originally established in 1989 as floppy disc duplicator Dr. Disk, the company was renamed Software Images Ltd. in 1993 before commencing CD-ROM and CD-Audio replication in 1994 and continuing to expand into digital media management and fulfillment services. The company moved into NZ's first purpose built CD manufacturing plant in 1997. Software Images acquired Sydney, Australia-based Media Tech Pacific in 1999, which was renamed Media Technology Pty Ltd. The NZ activities were renamed in the same style when the company was listed on NZ stock exchange as Media Technology Group Ltd. in 2004 (see Media Technology).
