Joey Jordison

American heavy metal drummer, guitarist, bassist and vocalist, born April 26, 1975, Des Moines, Iowa; died July 26, 2021 in his sleep. Formed Modifidious in high school but best known as former drummer for Slipknot (1995–2013). Side projects for Jordison included guitarist for Murderdolls (2002) and founder of both Scar The Martyr (2013–2016) and Vimic (2016–2021), as well as having become a member of Sinsaenum in 2016. Former live drummer for Ministry (2006), Satyricon, Rob Zombie and Korn (2007). See also the label Joey Jordison.
