Czech classical organist, harpsichordist, conductor, chorus master, educator. Born in 1910 in former Austro-Hungarian Empire, died April 14, 1986. In the early 1930s leader of the “Smiling Boys” dance orchestra, with whom he released several shellacs on EMI Columbia (Czechoslovakia) and Ultraphon.
