Born in Maracaibo, Zulia State, Venezuela on May 17, 1960, he is a Venezuelan singer-songwriter and lawyer, known for having been one of the members of the Venezuelan group with origin in Maracaibo, Guaco, remaining in the group for 5 years from 1979 to 1984, when he started his solo career within the Salsa genre.
