Борис Миколайович Лятошинський

Boris Lyatoshynsky ( Born December 22, 1894 or January 3, 1895, Zhytomyr, Russian Empire. Died April 15, 1968, Kiev, Ukrainian SSR ,USSR) was a Ukrainian composer, conductor, teacher. A leading member of the new generation of twentieth-century Ukrainian composers, he was awarded a number of accolades, including the honorary title of People's Artist of the Ukrainе (1968) and two Stalin Prizes (1946,1952 ).
