Jackie Paris

American jazz guitarist and singer. Born: September 20, 1924 in Nutley, New Jersey. Died: June 17, 2004 in New York City (Manhattan), New York. During 1960s–70s, Paris frequently performed with his wife at the time Anne Marie Moss. Jackie worked with : Charlie Parker, Lionel Hampton, Charles Mingus, Coleman Hawkins, Terry Gibbs, Gigi Gryce, Donald Byrd, Dizzy Gillespie and others. He recorded from the 1940s into the 2000s.
