Fortune Makenike

Fortune Makenike was a Zambian rock and kalindula drummer. He is best known as the drummer for the Zamrock and Kalindula band Blackfoot. He joined the band around 1976 at age 11 as a replacement for the band's previous drummer George Kabale. He is erroneously credited as the drummer for the band's Zambia Music Parlour reissue of their first album Millie, though he did play on their second album and served as the band's drummer until Blackfoot's demise in the mid 1980's.
