He ended his career as a break DJ in 2015, citing the lack of further development of culture around the world. His main statement about his retirement was: « I caught the most important time, when the dancers were sorting things out in circles, and the DJs were at the turntables, competing with their musical discoveries. See how DJ Leacy taught the whole world how to listen to music. We continued his task, which he handed over to us, because we loved it as much as he did. After a while, festival owners no longer needed this. Look at the schedule and who's there. There are the same faces year after year, with the same music, or their friends who don’t show anything new. You started this destruction of culture and you will see that it will not be possible to return it. You are only interested in your circle and your business. Real DJs who are really looking for new music will go further and become big artists, as they are unique and will find their listener elsewhere.» For a long time, he played house, hip-hop, and pop music in nightclubs. He collaborated with famous singers and musicians and toured extensively around the world. In 2025, he returned to his signature sound, blending rare soul, funk and latin/MPB samples with electronic music and hip-hop break beats. That same year, he released 7” vinyl with producers Tony Lavrutz and Scruscru on the Scruniversal label, which achieved worldwide success.
