American keyboard player, and record producer, born October 31, 1947, in Portland, Oregon. He played keyboards for The Kingsmen, featuring in their famous rendition of "Louie Louie". In 1969 he turned to a record producer, working on The Stooges legendary album "Funhouse" among others. He changed his name to Don Caverhill around 1973, and in 1977 he retired from music.
