Código 13 comes from the time when nobody thought about making money with the genre. In 88 they released the album 1719629, participating with the groups Thaíde & DJ Hum, O Credo and MC Jack. In 90 the group released an LP with the sound based on a mix of rap and house music, calling attention to the “discouragement with which they deal with serious and often heavy topics”.
