Nick Worthington

Started in music by opening the record shop Pure Groove with Tarik Nashnush and Ziad Nashnush (DJ Ziad). Setup Pure Groove Music (Pure Groove’s publishing company) with Mick Shiner in 1998. Worked at XL Recordings as A&R. Founded Locked On who also released many commercial successes working alongside XL Recordings. Founder of 679 Recordings. Currently a partner at Black Butter Records.
