Apollo Brown

Born on June 20, 1980, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Apollo Brown aka Erik Stephens is a hip-hop producer based in Detroit. He is known for his sample-based boom-bap production style and has been active since the mid-2000s. Brown is affiliated with Mello Music Group and has collaborated with artists such as O.C., Guilty Simpson, Joell Ortiz, Skyzoo, and Planet Asia. In 2024, he founded his own label Escapism (3) Recordings. He is also a member of the group Ugly Heroes (2).
