Ron Tom was originally a Rare Groove & Soul DJ on the South London based pirate station, LWR (London Weekend Radio) in the 1980's. Through the early to mid-90's he ran the Metamorphosis label and studio, focussing on hardcore and Jungle. From then on his career has involved helping put together and produce girl bands 'All Saints' & 'The Sugababes'
