SwitzerlandComposer and requinto guitar player, born 1935 in Asunción, Paraguay. A talented guitarist by the age of 16, he joined various bands, travelled to Europe and eventually found himself a member of Luis Alberto del Paraná y Los Paraguayos before quitting in around 1967 to settle in Greece and start a family. Julio Jara died in Athens of a heart attack at the age of 71.
