Jeff Austin

Jeff Austin (born April 25, 1974, Arlington Heights, Illinois, USA – died June 24, 2019, Seattle, Washington, USA, aged 45) was an American bluegrass mandolin player, singer and songwriter. He co-founded Colorado-based Yonder Mountain String Band. In 2014, Austin stepped away from Yonder Mountain to pursue his own solo project, which became the Jeff Austin Band. He had been touring with his band when he passed.
