Born in Tokyo in 1956. After working for Yamaha Epicurus and Toshiba EMI, currently freelance, made his debut as a recording engineer in 1983 with Miyuki Nakajima's single "Ano Musume". He participated in many sessions with Chage & Asuka, Hiroko Taniyama, Amin, Masanori Sera, and others. Later, he moved on to classical music. He has recorded "Cyber Bird/Nobuya Sugawa Saxophone Concerto Collection" (winner of the Art Festival Prize), "Tompreromas 55," a collection of wind works by Toshiro Mayuzumi, Hiroyuki Iwaki/Tokyo Kosei Wind Orchestra (winner of the same prize),
