New Orleans Feetwarmers

Traditional jazz group, formed in September 1932 by Sidney Bechet and Tommy Ladnier, performed at the Savoy Ballroom and the Saratoga Club in New York until early 1933. Later took part in the Spirituals to Swing concert in 1938. Between February 1940 and October 1941 Bechet recorded 40 tracks with various other groups known as the Feetwarmers.
