Early jazz baritone comic vocalist & black-face comedian. Born May 14, 1903 in Manhattan, New York, USA. Died October 1984. Reis appeared with Roxy and his Gang as well as part of Reis & Dunn (with Artie Dunn) on vaudeville. Reis & Dunn later had a 15-minute show on CBS radio.
