He later was the president of the jingle writing agency Ad-Staff, Inc.. He wrote lyrics for jingles for the company with Don Quinn while the music was composed by Henry Russell for companies such as Granny Goose Potato Chips, Reddi-Wip, Sanka, Speedway, Stokely's and Van Camp's Frozen Casseroles.
