German singer, bassist, keyboarder and guitarist.
Jogwer studied Jazz in Cologne in the 1980's and met Thomas Elbern, who wanted to form a Post Punk band. In 1985, both founded Pink Turns Blue as a duo, where Jogwer became vocalist, bassist and keyboarder. After Elbern left the band and Marcus Giltjes joined as a drummer, Ruebi Walter replaced Jogwer on bass and keyboards and Jogwer became guitarist of the band.
Until 1991, they recorded 4 studio albums, most of them in Ljubljana, Slovenia, as Jogwer started a friendship with producer Janez Križaj, who he met during a tour with Laibach.
In 1991, the band moved to London, where they spent 4 years. in 1995, the band was dissolved and Jogwer worked in the field of media production. In 2001, he moved finally to Berlin, where the band was reactivated again in 2003.
