Renamed in June 2024 as Hard Life (Hard Life) Indie pop band based in Leicester, England. Comprised of former members of By the Rivers and Park Bench Society. The band was formed in 2017 and was signed to Island Records in 2018, after releasing the single "Pockets". Members: Murray Matravers – vocals, synthesizer, keyboard, trumpet Oliver Cassidy – drums, percussion Sam Hewitt – bass guitar, saxophone, backing vocals Lewis Alexander Berry – guitar Jordan Birtles – percussion, keyboard, backing vocals
