Jerry Malekani

Congolese guitarist and composer He was born 18 April 1938. He was founding member of Le Ry-Co Jazz with which he toured Africa, France and the French caribbean where they stayed for four years. He met Manu Dibango in Algeria in 1967 and became a regular member of his Paris orchestra after Ryco Jazz disbanded in 1972.
