Manuel Guerrero

Peruvian composer, label owner, music entrepreneur, producer and recording & lacquer cut engineer (as MG). Born in 1917. Died in 1991. Father of Carlos Guerrero and Mónica Guerrero. Guerrero is most famous fro founding the MAG in 1953 (MaG is named after his initials). He also opened the Estudios Mag studio in Lima, Peru. As such he was responsible for a lot of Peru's rock and tropical output.
