Bányai István

Hungarian graphic designer and illustrator (born in Budapest in 1949). He made ​​movie posters and album covers for Hungaroton and Pepita. He worked in Paris for the Hachette and Le Monde publishers and L'Expansion magazine. Then he made advertisement animations and illustrations for Times, Newsweek, Atlantic Monthly, The New Yorker etc. and album covers for MCA Records, CBS Records and Capitol Records. He lives in Los Angeles since 1987 as illustrator and animator, where he drew caricatures for many famous people and bands (The Rolling Stones, Jean‐Michel Jarre, etc.).
