Park Byeong Cheon

Park Byeong-cheon (November 18, 1933 - November 20, 2007) was a Korean traditional musician. He was born in Jindo, Jeollanam-do. He was the grandson of Park Jong-gi, a master of daegeum, and learned music from an early age. He was the first person to perform the Sit Kim-gut on the stage, and is currently the holder of the Jindo Seos Kim-Gut function, an intangible cultural asset.
