Claudia Bonfiglioli

Swedish violinist residing in Stockholm, born on June 27, 1978, in Västerås Skerike, Västerås, Västmanland. Claudia Bonfiglioli has been a section leader with the second violin section of the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra since 2013. She previously served as concertmaster with the Gävle Symphony Orchestra, Royal Swedish Orchestra, Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra, Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra and the Norrköping Symphony Orchestra, among others. Claudia Bonfiglioli studied at the Academy of Music and Drama in Gothenburg under Milan Vitek and Per Enoksson, the Royal College of Music in Stockholm (soloist diploma) under Henryk P. Kowalski (b. 1947) and Joakim Svenheden, and at Edsberg Institute of Music (chamber music) under Ulf Wallin at Edsberg Manor. She has also participated in master classes with, among others, Λεωνίδας Καβάκος, Boris Belkin, Dora Swartzberg and Isaac Stern.
