Jan Boquist

Swedish jazz pianist, composer and music arranger, born on December 3,1936 in Sankt Göran, Stockholm, Uppland, and died on January 5, 2011 in Farsta, Stockholm, Södermanland. Jan Boquist was the sibling of Per‐Anders Boquist and co-founded the record label Amigo alongside him in 1965. He was married to Kerstin Dahl from 1962 until 1974, during which time they had two daughters, born in 1963 and 1967.
