Joly Mubiala is a Congolese singer. He started his musical activities in the 1970s in the band Les Anges Noirs alongside with his older brother Kester Emeneya, Lidjo Kwempa and soloist Matou Kabangu. In the late 1980s, he joins Viva La Musica. After a split of the band, he goes to his brother's band Victoria Eleison where he stays till 1987. He becomes a member of the band Choc Stars, and later in 1990, he rejoins Viva La Musica. During his second stay in VLM, he releases his biggest hit, Cadeau d'Amitié, in May 1991. He left the band in 1998 and became a gospel singer. After the death of his brother, Kester Emeneya, he becomes the leader of the band Victoria Eleison.
