US 1950s R&B Songwriter, most notably for the song "Confidential". She also wrote Surf-rock songs in the 1960s. Along with her husband Hite Morgan, they recorded and produced the earliest recordings of The Beach Boys in 1961 and 1962, prior to their being signed to Capitol Records. After years of litigation, these recordings were finally released in 2016 as 1080480. She passed away in 1988. After Hite's death, their son Bruce Morgan guided their business concerns and releases. He inherited some of her songwriting credits, such as "Chapel Of Love".
