Spanish Alternative Rock band based in Madrid, formed in 2006 by Álvaro Guzmán (vocals, guitars, harmonica), Ramiro Nieto aka Rams (drums, vocals, tambourine, percussion), Rafa Fernández (guitars, backing vocals, harmonica), Juan Rodó aka Utah (bass, backing vocals) and Martín Muñiz (keyboards, percussions, backing vocals).
The Right Ons were formed in early 2006. Their lineup consists of Rafa Fernández (guitar & lap steel for Jet Lag (2) and ex-Rainbow Experience), Ramiro Nieto (drums for Jet Lag, Anyones...), Alvaro Guzmán (ex-guitar and vocals for Anyones), and Juan Rodo (Sugar Soul Shakers, Steelwood...). Playing in different formations, they had wanted to play together for years, but the distance between La Coruña and Madrid marked a turning point in the group's history. They soon began to compose, and their first songs emerged, framed within the terms of Soul, Rock, Psychedelia, and Funk. James Brown, Little Barrie, Jon Spencer, and Sly and the Family Stone are their influences.
