Wolf Vostell

German visual artist, video artist and composer, born 14 October 1932 in Leverkusen, Germany and died 3 April 1998 in Berlin, Germany. Vostell's interest in electronic music dates from the 1950's when he met Karlheinz Stockhausen and Nam June Paik at the Electronic Studio in Cologne. He was the first to integrate television sets to his artwork.
