Bobby Penn

American Country music singer-songwriter and musician. He charted three times on the U.S. country charts from 1971 to 1976. His top charted song came in 1971 with "You Were on My Mind", which hit #51. His other charted songs were "Watch Out for Lucy" (#88, 1974) and "Little Weekend Warriors" (#100, 1976).
