Swedish pop group formed two weeks before the Swedish version of the Eurovision Song Contest in 1997.
The group consisted of Jonas Karlhager, Gabriel Forss and Patrik Lundström. The group participated in the 1997 Melodifestivalen with the entry Bara hon älskar mig, written by Stephan Berg. The entry won the competition and represented Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest in Dublin, Ireland. After the vote, they placed 14th out of 25 competitors. The entry received 36 points. The group also recorded the song with English lyrics and it was titled Baby, I'll Die For You.
In the summer of 1997, the group toured Sweden and performed in folk parks and also at the Vattenfestivalen in Stockholm.
Blond released an album, but then went their separate ways. They reunited temporarily for the schlager evening at Stockholm Pride in Tantolunden in 2006.
