(Do not confuse with saxophonist Tom Scott, the L.A. session musician.)
Thomas Frasier Scott is a wind player (mostly saxophone) from Washington D.C. for the prog rock/avant jazz band The Muffins.
After the band disbanded he became an engineer at Catch-A-Buzz Studios and at Black Pond, working mainly with bands from the Washington hardcore scene.
He also collaborated with Steven Feigenbaum, owner of Cuneiform Records.
