American artist, producer, songwriter, singer and musician aka Marcus aka Rusty Evans from The Deep & The Freak Scene, also famous as producer of Fifth Pipe Dream – Volume I (1968) and for his Marcus solo album (1970). Uzilevsky was born in New York City in 1937 to Russian and Polish immigrant parents. He had been living in Marin County, California since 1967 when he died on 5 December 2015 at his home in Woodacre at age 78. In 1965 he was briefly part of the The New Christy Minstrels.
