American musician, session keyboardist, songwriter, publisher and producer, mainly working in Nashville. He often collaborated with Bill Justis, with whom he performed as Cornbread And Jerry. His recordings and compositions include "Lil' Ole Me", "(Down at) Papa Joe's", "Drivin' Home", "Truck Stop" and "Steppin' Out".
