Swedish troubadour, born on October 1, 1943, in Örnsköldsvik, Själevad, Ångermanland, and passed away on February 27, 2026, in Sollentuna distrikt, Sollentuna, Uppland.
Björn Johansson, who was born in the parish of Örnsköldsvik in Själevad municipality and grew up in the parish of Jukkasjärvi in Kiruna municipality from 1950, began his career as a rock singer under the alias Little Björn but later transitioned to a new genre and was then an active singer and artist from the 1960s onwards. He went on to perform alongside troubadour artists such as Cornelis Vreeswijk, Fred Åkerström, and Gösta Cervin, or under his nickname Skepparn, on the significant music stages of the time, such as Saga Sjöberg's song restaurant Kaos, open from 1965 to 1980; Vispråmen Storken, Stockholm (a barge named The Stork for troubadour artists, in Stockholm), open from 1962 to 1969; and 'Den gyldene freden' (The Golden Peace), open in Stockholm since 1722, according to the traditional historiography but also disputed by some regarding the date and which peace is referred to.
Björn Johansson was the founder and before 2014 also the owner of Ladybird Productions AB.
